We've seen LED-powered parkour and even cat parkour (a.k.a. "purr-kour"), but now, a new video takes viewers to the streets of Paris to show us how Assassin's Creed would look in real life.
Emulating the four-man team shown in the latest version of the game, Assassin's Creed Unity, convincingly costumed freerunners chase two 18th-century French soldiers through the city in almost exactly the same way they would in the game.

Traversing Paris by scaling walls, hopping barriers and slithering through narrow alleyways, the traceurs really do look like real-life versions of the game's relentless assassins.
Even if you're not a fan of Assassin's Creed, watching the group of athletes move their way across the rooftops and busy intersections of Paris -- at times with the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre serving as a backdrop -- is worth it just for the eye candy.
The same team has pulled off similar Assassin's Creed-focused stunts before; but this latest version, which features 4K camera work that perfectly mirrors the video-game player's perspective, delivers the best imitation yet.
The video, above, was sponsored by Ubisoft, the gaming company that distributes Assassin's Creed Unity, according to its YouTube description.
