Atoolo, a German ajax desktop that replicates the entire Windows environment online, has just launched an English version - this is the first coverage they've received outside of German-speaking countries. It's worth a try, although you need to register to take it for a spin.
This is more like EyeOS than the latest breed of AJAX desktops (Netvibes, Pageflakes): it provides 1GB free storage, image galleries, address book, reminders, a meeting planner and a text-editor all within an online interface that feels exactly like Windows.
