AT&T has started a new limited time promotion, offering a 50% discount for phones between $99 and $199.99 in its catalogue.
This includes the iPhone 5 as well as the iPhone 4S, HTC One, Samsung's Galaxy S4 and S4 Active, BlackBerry Z10 and several other devices.
To take advantage of this offer, customers must sign a 2-year contract online. Those who want to get the discount in-store must trade in their old phone, which has to be 3 years old or newer.
With the offer, AT&T is joining Walmart and Best Buy, which are also offering big discounts on smartphones.
Walmart is offering the iPhone 5 for $129 while the iPhone 4S is just $39, provided you sign a 2-year contract with a major carrier. Best Buy has recently started offering the iPhone 5 with a $50 discount, as well as discounted prices on several Android devices.
