If you loved climbing trees as a kid, you can hold on to that dream as adult.

We've found five pretty cool treehouses around Australia to satisfy your childhood fantasies. You can sleep in them too, and not worry about your parents trying to call you home during at night.

1. The Secret Treehouse -- Bilpin, New South Wales

This treehouse in Wollemi, New South Wales overlooks rare Blue Mountains rainforest. There's only space for two, so no one except your partner -- or best friend -- is allowed up.

2. Silky Oaks Lodge -- Mossman, Queensland

3. Treetop Houses -- Byron Bay, New South Wales

In the midst of a hippie paradise are the Byron Treetop houses. They are also not too far away from the beach -- if you want to hang ten, dudes.

4. Canopy Treehouses -- Tarzali, Queensland

The Canopy Treehouses in North Queensland blends in with the surrounding rainforest, where you can catch Wallabies and Possums below. Or just fireplace and chill.
