LOS ANGELES -- Ready for an Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer? Well, this isn't it, but the wait is almost over.

After Tuesday night's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode, Marvel announced that it would debut the first public trailer on Oct. 28 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.

Marvel and Disney showed an extensive, spoiler-heavy sizzle reel at Comic-Con this summer, including an extended look at the beginning of the film in which the malevolent 'bot Ultron make his entrance. It also showed a grim scene, in which the malevolent 'bot's mass destruction meets Tony Stark's teammates.

Will they show it all again? Will we see more? We'll find out in a week -- but who's counting?
