At the end of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Nick Fury, before going into hiding, turned to the Man Out of Time and said it plainly: "Looks like you're calling the shots now, Cap."

But Tony Stark isn't bitter about Captain America being in charge of the Avengers, these days. Nah, not at all.

"He's the boss. I just pay for everything and design everything. Make everyone look cooler," Stark says in a new trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Marvel Studios released this all-new TV spot Thursday during the March Madness telecasts, and like the last trailer, it is chock-full of new footage and dialogue.

With only 43 days to go before Avengers: Age of Ultron, we can expect a barrage of stuff like this after months of a tantalizing trickle.

Bring it on.
