If spoilers terrify you, you're not alone.
Fans who didn't catch the series finale of Mad Men or Sunday's shocking episode of Game of Thrones -- you need not hide under a rock until you're all caught up. At least, that's what Spoiler Shield is trying to help you achieve.

Spoiler Shield's app and Google Chrome extension helps protect against plot twists and character deaths from reaching your eyes by filtering out certain key words and phrases from your Twitter feed.
All offending words will appear in your social feed with the Spoiler Shield logo over them. A user can then read the post if she double clicks the censor.
It's not just limited to TV shows either. Users can choose to filter out sporting events, award shows or even that one annoying friend from high school that won't stop posting FarmVille accomplishments.
