LONDON -- The Great British Bake Off final is here, and weeks of preparation boil down to one night.
Across the series, we've loved (hey, Tamal); we've lost (Sandy, we miss you); we've learnt (icing doesn't go in the oven, Mat), and we've lusted (still here, Tamal). Now, with one episode left, we're desperate to make sure we squeeze every last bit of fun from Britain's best baking competition.
To do so, we gathered our favourite Twitter users prone to sharing their prolific -- or parodic -- thoughts on The Bake Off. Follow them ahead of Wednesday night's final.

Series three Bake Off finalist Ruby Tandoh is never short of words of wisdom, be them cake related or otherwise.
one judge is an actual victorian relic, the other's a walking gammon joint, tell me again about bake off's ~unbritish political correctness~— Ruby Tandoh (@rubytandoh) October 6, 2015
