bandFind is a site that is all about the very things you're thinking it would be about. Designed as a social network specifically for artists and professionals in the music industry, you won't find bandFind all that useful if you're a fan. Likewise, bandFind doesn't really want music fans taking away from the core focus of the site.

Not to say that music fans are bad in any way, but bandFind has created a tool for individuals and groups to connect with each other on a professional level. Just like MySpace is for leisure and LinkedIn is for business, bandFind takes on the more serious task of enabling professionals to post ads for finding artists to join their band, or a gig that needs to be filled.
