President Barack Obama has officially endorsed presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. His announcement follows a private meeting he held with her contender Bernie Sanders. This appears to be Obama’s attempt to bridge the gap between Clinton and Sanders supporters, as well as to defeat presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump as a united party.
