The junior senator from Illinois, Barack Obama has, by all tallies, won enough electoral college votes to qualify for the office of President of the United States of America. Senator John McCain has just given his concession speech a few minutes ago, and I'm told that Senator Obama is due to appear on his UStream channel to give his acceptance speech on this historic day.
