This Barbie Girl is the epitome of DGAF.

Texas State student Tara Monroe has been riding in a pink Barbie Jeep as her main vehicle ever since she received a DWI for refusing to take a breathalyzer test after a Waka Flocka concert.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, her father had stripped her of her vehicle after her license was revoked and gave her a bike to get to and from school. Of course, the 20-year-old told the news site, "riding a bike around campus sucks. Like really sucks.”

Even though technically she could get around faster with a bike (average speed is about 15 miles per hour), Monroe asked herself what fun-loving, plastic icon Barbie would do -- of course, she would grab her pink Jeep.

Monroe found her new wheels via a Craigslist ad for $60. She charges it up with a 12-volt battery that sends her on her way at 5 miles per hour. According to San Antonio Express-News, the car's name is Charlene, after the car's previous owner -- because every sweet ride needs a sweet name.

Her daily commute has earned her legendary status across her campus. "This is the best way I could have gotten my 15 minutes of fame,” she said to San Antonio Express-News. “Basically, it was the best decision I’ve made in college, yet.” Clearly this girl has learned her lesson.

Even though she might not be the best person to model your life after, you have to admit, if you're going to go down, this is one way to do it in style.
