Baseball Is Much Cooler When Played in Halloween Costumes

The San Diego State baseball team has an awesome fall tradition: Every year, they play an exhibition game in their Halloween costumes.

This season's edition was predictably excellent. After all, it's not everyday that you see U.S. President Barack Obama, a giant baby, Will Ferrell's character Buddy from Elf, as well as the Instagram, Twitter and Facebook apps -- not to mention many, many more -- all sharing the same diamond.

It all leads to some highly surreal highlight moments. For example, when a San Diego Chargers cheerleader rips a home run off the cowboy at the pitcher's mound.

Our favorite moment, however, is when the Jamaican bobsled team tries to leg out a single in very close quarters. It's all in the YouTube video, above, which has been an Internet hit with more than 120,000 views in just a day online.
