BatchBlue Software, a web-based software provider, is launching a new contact management product called BatchBook at DEMOfall.
BatchBook includes features such as communications logs, the ability to create mailing lists, task lists, and also allows users to create custom fields. The idea is that by allowing for more customization, small businesses can better tailor their communications with their specific type of clients, versus mainstream CRM or contact management software. To demonstrate their software's customization abilities, the company has setup a "DEMO2GO" database, which provides information on present and past conference participants.
