LONDON -- Anyone who's stood in front of a camera knows how hard it can be to nail down the perfect delivery, especially when you've got a case of the giggles.
The BBC's Quentin Sommerville found it even harder, when he tried to present a segment next to a burning pile of drugs.
In a clip filmed some time ago and released to the public via a now-deleted tweet on the Middle East correspondent's account, Sommerville collapses into laughter while trying to record the clip.
"Burning behind me is eight-and-a-half tonnes of heroin, opium, hashish and other narcotics," he manages before busting up. "Quick, quick, we just need one more," he insists to the laughing cameraman, amid high pitched giggles and failed attempts to articulate the lines.
Sommerville posted the link to the video as a Christmas present to his followers.
"Dear tweeps, it's been a year of bullets & bloodshed. You've earned a xmas laugh, at my expense," he wrote.
