Grylls, the host of NBC's Get Out Alive, shared the photo below with his 1 million-plus Twitter followers -- and the world at large, really -- after a fan sent it his way online. As you can't help but notice, it's takes up a pretty fair amount of skin, and shows the celebrity survivalist clutching a knife while gnawing on a bloody piece of what appears to be raw meat. Good times!
