LOS ANGELES -- Bee & Puppycat are still trying to just hold it together. The good news is, they have another six episodes ahead of them.

The breakout hand-drawn hit featuring Bee, an unemployed twentysomething and Puppycat, her intergalactic pet that looks mostly like a cat but smells like a dog (and communicates in irresistibly musical tones) came back for a second round of episodes Friday on Cartoon Hangover, the YouTube channel created by Adventure Time and The Fairly OddParents producer Fred Seibert.

Created by Natasha Allegri, Bee & Puppycat debuted in July 2013 as a two-part short and amassed over 4 million views. Interest was high enough to launch a Kickstarter campaign last October, which raised nearly $900,000 -- enough to make six new episodes.

The first of those arrived overnight on Friday. Episode 1 features Bee spending her last $55 on food, PuppyCat grumbling about wanting a leather jacket and a talking cicada interested only in procreation.

Hey, we told you it was random.
