There's a joke about navel gazing to be made here somewhere.

An online trend called the "belly button challenge" is trending on the Chinese social network Weibo. The challenge, which picked up steam on Wednesday, includes reaching your hand around your back, touching your belly button and taking a picture. Like the thigh gap trend before it, many worry that the "challenge" supports an unhealthy body image.

The challenge has received more than 130 million mentions on Weibo, according to BBC. This popularity is thanks in part to posts from celebrities on Weibo like Sehun, a member in the boy band Exo. Sehun's post has received over 235,000 likes as of the time of this writing.
