Condé Nast Traveler consulted renowned chefs and tastemakers to find out where the best food can be had while on the road. The results are eclectic and far-ranging, from sushi in Tokyo to pizza in Vegas.
This is the first time Traveler has recognized airport restaurants, consulting chefs Daniel Boulud, Grant Achatz, Richard Blais and Jamie Bissonnette to compile the listings for its October 2014 issue.
