Cam Newton might have popularized the 'dab,' but the dance belongs to us all.

In a pre-game promo for tonight's Super Bowl Sunday, Betty White showed millions of viewers her very own moves. While the dab is a highly elaborate art form, the 94-year-old appears to have perfected her practice.

Cameron Newtown of the Panthers brought the dab into the mainstream this year, after he began to perform it post-touchdowns. Newtown isn't just one of the best players in the game, he's also one of the most entertaining. Even one of America's greatest entertainers, Betty White, is following his lead.

The hardest-to-please Twitter users were shamelessly gushing with enthusiasm. Is there anything more American than football and Golden Girls'?

Why did Betty White just give LIFE to the DAB!!— Cari Champion (@CariChampion) February 7, 2016

The comedy icon also seemed pretty proud of her dab skills. As she should be.
