In an unanticipated, behind-the-scenes glimpse into last month's stunning performance, a video that arrived Friday on her YouTube channel gives fans an intimate take on the run-up to the

"It's unbelievable," Beyoncé, then 32, said in the above clip. "I'm trying to like really compose myself -- I can't believe that we did [rehearsal] only one time."
Come showtime, however, Beyoncé looked more than composed. She clearly came to dominate, at one point proclaiming, "MTV, welcome to my world."
