The latest social network to feed the MySpace beast: BikeSpace.net, the niche network for cycling enthusiasts. We first covered Bikespace back in December during the Social Networking Awards - the site provides a simple, straightforward way to share bike photos, routes and your ride stories. Other features include groups, networks of friends, comments and the rest.
Today they're releasing a Flash widget for MySpace, hi5, Piczo, Facebook et al that displays a slide show of your bikes and stats like logged miles, routes created, bikes entered and friend totals. You can see a demo on this MySpace page, and a static image below.
We don't really know of any rival services to BikeSpace, but I'm sure there are plenty of old-fashioned bike forums around.
