Netflix said it is "postponing" the release of its Bill Cosby stand-up special on Tuesday night, just hours after Entertainment Tonight aired its interview with model and TV host Janice Dickinson, who became the latest woman to publicly accuse Cosby of sexual assault.

Dickinson said Cosby attacked her 32 years ago in California after meeting him for dinner. The streaming network promptly reversed course, days after affirming it would air "Bill Cosby 77" Nov. 27 as planned.

That leaves NBC's sitcom -- which the network will have to pay a contractual ransom to jettison -- alone in the hotseat as Cosby's only major pending project. Cosby already ditched appearances on Queen Latifah and David Letterman, and only grimly shook his head when asked about the ever-expanding allegations during an interview with NPR.

Netflix did not comment on the accusations that have dogged Cosby for years, nor did it elaborate on when it might consider airing "Bill Cosby 77." NBC has also declined to comment on the state of its sitcom, which would once again feature Cosby as a family patriarch on the network that for eight years soared on the wings of The Cosby Show.

Cosby's publicist, David Brokaw, told the Associated Press that Cosby agreed with Netflix's postponement, but did not comment on Dickinson's interview. Cosby settled a 2006 civil action but has never been criminally charged.

The controversy once again gained steam when comedian Hannibal Buress' riff on Cosby during a Philadelphia performance went viral, and two more accusers, including Dickinson, came forward. Dickinson told Entertainment Tonight that she had planned to write about the incident in her 2002 autobiography, but that Cosby pressured her into leaving it out.
