Sure Bill Gates has a lot going on, but one of the habits of successful people is certainly keeping tabs on Beyoncé.

Gates talked to Wired about protecting customers' private information from FBI. He also finally responded to the divine honor of being name dropped in "Formation," and his response is pretty lukewarm.

On the instantly iconic song, Queen Bey sings, "I might just be the black Bill Gates in the making."

Gates, who apparently does not have Bing alerts set up for Beyoncé, found out about the lyrics from a coworker's email.

“I said, 'Are you serious? This is kind of a strange set of words here.' I’m surprised," he confessed, which absolutely is not the same thing as jumping up and down in a state of exhilaration or stretching his arms to the heavens.

"I guess it’s nice that people consider me successful," said one of the most easily recognizable billionaires on the planet.

Still, he doesn't have everything yet -- he still hasn't met the queen.

He did meet Jay-Z, "because when I did some humor right when I was retiring from Microsoft—he was nice about participating in that, and did a great job on that."

Upon realizing that he is famous, Bill Gates did what anyone else would do in that scenario and promoted his search engine, "I guess I should do a Bing search and see if there are more uses of my name that I don’t know about."
