Venture capitalists clearly think online video advertising is a pretty good idea. BlackArrow becomes the latest company in the space to raise big money, taking $12 million in Series B funding. The company provides an advertising management platform for video, allowing web sites to monitor their inventory while enabling advertisers to insert ads on-the-fly. BlackArrow’s funding comes from Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Intel, Mayfield Fund, and Polaris Venture Partners.
