Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are divorcing, and the songs will be devastating

Get ready for some really depressing country songs: Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are calling it quits after a decade together.

The country music superstars dated for six years before they married in 2011. Since then, their fame has skyrocketed considerably with several platinum albums between them and his gig hosting The Voice.

"This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately," the couple said in statement to The Associated Press. "We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
