Lifestreaming is an unavoidable trend, and while widgets offered some way to export some of those lifestreams to other areas of your social media life, there aren't too many that aggregate your personal life streams across networks. MyBlogLog's recently added an aggregate lifestreaming tool, and now BlogCatalog is moving into this arena with the launching of the NewsFeed widget, which lets you pull all of your multiple accounts into a single location that can be shared on your blog, website or social networking page.
It's a cross-path of self-promotion, or even cross promotion if you incorporate the feeds from your friends or other self-publishers that you find interesting.

But one thing I've found to be the case with multiple networks is that much of the data being shared has a high potential to overlap. That is, in sharing and promoting lifestreams across the web, one may be publishing a personal blog post, spreading that link through Twitter and Facebook, and looking to get some residual traffic as a result.
