Here's how it works: if you click this link and proceed to use the service yourself, this blog earns credits. Using the service means posting a widget (right) to your sidebar.
Every time the widget displays on your blog, you earn credits, and so does the person that told you about the service. Then your latest blog headline is syndicated to widgets on similar blogs. The idea is to share traffic and also help readers find related content.
A widget called Criteo already does a similar thing, without the credits system. There's also the Sphere It! widget, which you can place under your blog posts to have your headlines syndicated on other blogs using that widget.
