Such is the scarcity of the long-running Australian police drama Blue Heelers, people are selling complete collections of the series for more than one thousand dollars online.

A Gumtree seller by the name of Jenny in Runaway Bay in Queensland is offloading the entire 14 seasons of the show, that's 510 episodes, on DVD for a negotiable price of A$1,400. Hold your horses.

"Very difficult to buy genuine Blue Heelers DVD's," Jenny claims in the listing. This is somewhat true according to a quick search on eBay, which shows there are only a handful of listings for DVDs of random Blue Heelers episodes. However, one website has all of the Blue Heelers series for nearly half the price. That's awkward.

Jenny isn't the only seller getting rid of her Blue Heelers collection for a princely sum. Another seller named Heather from Umina Beach is selling the entire collection, in "great condition" with "no damage," for a slightly higher premium of A$1,800.

To be honest, it's probably worth it for one more moment with Constable Maggie Doyle.

The television series, which starred Australian acting royalty Lisa McCune and John Wood, went off the air in 2006, after first airing on the Seven Network in 1994. One of Australian television's most successful programmes, it follows the lives of police officers in the fictional Victorian town of Mount Thomas.

Now, if someone could sell us the complete series of Up Late With Hot Dogs, that'd be great.
