OK, so how does it work in reality? It basically recommends friends for you, based on mutual friends that send messages to both of you. It's like the group of neighborhood moms that set up playdates so you'll be well socialized. It's for your own good! And it's easier (and spammier) than sending winks and waiting around for "mutual" flirts.
You'll also get a universal message box for receiving incoming profile updates and text messages, along with sent messages, all on a single screen. This is like Facebook newsfeeds on steroids, and may be a bit overwhelming to some, but offers a centralized place for you to see pretty much all your social activity for the BluePulse network without having to go to your profile, then your inbox, then your sent box, etc.
