Artists came from around the world to Poertschach, Austria to literally paint their bodies, if not the town.

The 18th World Bodypainting Festival drew more than 30,000 visitors and artists from 45 different countries to the small, lakeside town this past weekend. There were three themes this year: "Games People Play," "Surrealism - Reshape Your Reality," and the special community theme of "Fetish Couture." The paintings were evaluated by a small jury on the quality of work, technique, idea and interpretation.
