Thursday's episode of Bones kicks off an arc that is going to test Cam and Arastoo's relationship.
In the episode, titled "The Baker in the Bits," Arastoo learns that his sick brother in Iran needs care, and he's dead set on getting to him -- even if it risks his own life.

Bones executive producer Stephen Nathan teased the storyline several weeks back, saying a "tremendously dangerous and upsetting situation" will result for Arastoo's journey back home.
