More mobile content! Break.com is teaming up with Verizon Wireless to provide its original video content on VCast Mobile. From the looks of it, nearly all of Break's video content will be available through VCast, including user-generated content, news and more. The hope is, obviously, to reach an extended medium through mobile distribution. Could it also help with the striking writers Break decided to bring on board?

Now, Break had already ramped up its efforts to get more content spread across the web. In the midst of a mini merging era where we saw several aggregate content tools forging partnerships with other distribution networks, publishers, advertisers and content owners, Break hooked up with Panache for video ads. The company has also been releasing several upgrades to its web service, but a partnership with Verizon makes it easier for Break to make its content mobile in the portal format that VCast provides to Verizon users.
