2001 Bridget Jones was wholly concerned with weight loss and getting a boyfriend -- but in Bridget Jones' Baby, things have changed. Though the sequel's title already gives it away, star Renee Zellweger has been spotted in London sporting a prosthetic belly for Bridget's pregnancy.

The third installment in the Bridget Jones series, following 2004's Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, still focuses on Bridget and Darcy (a returning Colin Firth), though it's unclear whether he's the father of the titular baby. Helen Fielding, author of the Bridget Jones novels, published the series' most recent installment in 2013 -- but the new film will take place chronologically before the events of Fielding's Mad About the Boy. (Confused yet?)
Patrick Dempsey, fresh off Grey's Anatomy, also joins the cast, though his role is still a secret. He's been spotted filming scenes with Zellweger, Sally Philips (Bridget's friend Shazza), and two children.
Filming began in early October, with little fanfare besides a tweet from the Universal:
