Disney, the pocket-sized chihuahua, hasn't grown since she was eight weeks old. She's just three inches tall, lighter than a bag of sugar and can be carried around in the palm of her owner Natalie Vanes' hand, making her the country's smallest dog.

While she was born as part of a litter of three in January, she's kept away from other dogs and prefers hanging out with the family's kitten Kiera instead.

If she continues to grow at the same rate, she'll hold the Guinness World Record for the smallest dog, the Western Daily Press reports.
