Celebrity diet tips are boring. No one wants to read about eating whatever you want but controlling your portion size or steamed vegetables and grilled chicken.
Britney Spears keeps it real, though. And we love her for that.

Spears has a reputation for being photographed with Cheetos and Frappuccinos in hand, and now her alleged grocery shopping lists paint a portrait of a pretty average mom of two young boys in America.
Five lists supposedly snatched from the singer's garbage showed up on eBay for $60 a pop, and they all sold. Voyeurs will be delighted to learn that Spears' shopping lists include Red Bull, "double icing" Oreos, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, frozen pretzels, turkey bacon and "gritz" like any respectable Southern girl. Cap'N Crunch also seems to be the preferred cereal of the Spears household.
It seems suspicious, but the lists actually could be legitimate. Samples of Britney's actual handwriting look very similar to the grocery lists. Plus, Britney probably loves Dr. Pepper.
