In a new short film called Hunter of Invisible Game, filled with gloomy visuals reminiscent of Cormac McCarthy's post-apocalyptic The Road, Bruce "The Boss" Springsteen wades through a lonely world while experiencing flashbacks of happier times with family.
The 10-minute film debuted Wednesday on his website, where you can watch it. Springsteen served as executive producer, while producer credits go to Thom Zimmy.

At the 5:54 mark, when Springsteen starts singing, the film essentially transitions into a music video for his "Hunter of Invisible Game" song, after which the film is named.
The song is from Springsteen's 18th studio album, High Hopes, which first premiered in January at CBS.com as part of a promotion for television show The Good Wife.
The tracks "Hunter of Invisible Game," "High Hopes" and "The Ghost of Tom Joad" were included on The Good Wife in a Jan. 12 episode titled "We, the Juries."
