LONDON -- Brussels sprouts haters, look away: British supermarket Marks & Spencer's Christmas menu has been announced and things are about to get sproutier than ever before.

The new menu was revealed in a press preview on Tuesday, and Twitter immediately started buzzing with talk of sprout-filled sausages, Prosecco-flavoured potato crisps, and the wonderfully named 'Brusselmole' – a new type of guac made using Brussels sprouts.

We were so confused we reached out to Marks & Spencer to make sure it wasn't all some elaborate prank, and they confirmed that all of those items will indeed be available to purchase in time for Christmas.

Have sampled the notorious Brusselsmole and it's rather delicious. Not 100% sure about Prosecco crisps, though pic.twitter.com/2VhRSnvmav— Constance CraigSmith (@Concraigsmith) June 30, 2015

It's been a strange time for food in Britain. First we had news of a Cornish pasty drive through opening in Cornwall, then there were rumours of a Blobfish-themed cafe coming to London and now, sprout-filled sausages.

Love it or loathe it, you've got to give Marks & Spencer points for their inventiveness.
