Bubble Bursting in Extra Slow Motion Is Incredible

Bubbles -- they're a staple of every childhood (and some adulthoods), but they're so short lived, seeming to disappear as soon as they appear.

You swish all that watery goodness around and wait for that magic wand to do its work but, alas, the bubbles are gone in microseconds, popping right before your eyes, leaving you wet and soapy, never having had the chance to say goodbye.

Thanks to the SlowMoGuys, though, we can now see the stages of the bubble as it grows and then sadly bursts -- slowed down by 700 times.

It's the slowest video Gav and Dan have produced, using a Phantom v1610 camera shooting at 18,000fps at 720p, according to their YouTube page.

And even if you don't get all that mumbo-jumbo, it's still super cool to see stuff in extremely slow motion.
