Joel Burger and Ashley King of Illinois are getting married, finally uniting the two warring families of the fast food kingdom and bringing peace to our land.
No but really, a Burger-King wedding is happening -- and the burger chain has offered to foot the bill.
"When we heard about the happy, Burger-King couple, we felt an overwhelming urge to celebrate their upcoming marriage," said Burger King spokesman Eric Hirschhorn on Tuesday, one day after the company issued a call to help find the couple.
Burger (24) and King (23) have known each other since kindergarten, according to The State Journal-Register, but didn't start officially dating until college. One thing led to another, Burger proposed to King at a lake instead of a Burger King for some reason, and the rest is history.
For their engagement photo, the couple took a few shots in front of a local Burger King location.

The two reached out to Burger King about helping them create customized drink koozies with the Burger King logo, but originally hadn't heard back.
But Burger King quickly took notice of the couple, and issued a call on Twitter to help them get in touch with the couple.

We have a few more recommendations for customizing this wedding. We'll just leave them here:
In lieu of flowers, throw a bouquet of fries
Ketchup and mustard packets instead of rice as the couple exits
Burger cake?
Personalized vows taken exclusively from former Burger King slogans
Officiated by that creepy king
Chicken nuggets tied to the wedding vehicle's bumper
