Call of Duty is as steady a presence as there is in video games, but Treyarch's previous two Black Ops games -- released in 2010 and 2012, respectively -- both feed into the events of Black Ops 3. It's been a long time since those games came out, so Activision put together this lengthy story trailer to catch everyone up.
Make sure you've got your reading glasses handy. There's very little flash and spectacle to see here -- just a whole lot of words. You could probably get many of the same details from a community wiki, but this trailer lays everything out clearly and concisely, jazzing things up with music and sound effects.
