Call of Duty’s popular zombie warfare mode has arrived as a separate iOS app. Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies is available now for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad.
Created by Activision Publishing, Inc., the $6.99 app is based on the popular console hit, but re-imagined for tablets and smartphones. In addition to providing achievements and point-multipliers, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies encourages group game play. As such, up to four players can help smash the zombies together using a brand new feature called Voice Chat. This allows real-time communication with your fellow zombie-slayers.
In addition, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies includes a “Dead-Ops Arcade” mode. To unlock this special mode you must find four missing coins in the game’s menu. Once you do, you’ll unlock 50 levels with full Game Center leaderboard support and more.
