Syrian refugees are greeted with open arms in Canada

163 Syrian refugees have arrived in Toronto, Canada. Waiting for them were dozens of volunteers including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. This was the first flight in a government program to resettle Syrians in Canada. The goal is to resettle 25,000 refugees by the end of February.
