Baltimore County Police have released surveillance video of an Audi Q5 SUV falling from the fourth floor of a parking garage. According to police, the 23-year-old driver, Lindsay Taylor Cook was pulling into a parking space when her car went forward and crashed through the concrete barrier. She was not seriously injured in the crash.
