The plan involved using the cars to terrorize citizens as they drove around aggressively, causing destruction and narrowly avoiding accidents. This activity has become quite a problem in the Irish town, where gangs have expanded their ranks to include even children as young as 10 or 11.
While a story of kids using social networks to organize a protest of a newly instated kissing law in South Africa is cute in its appeal, as we mentioned earlier today, this one is just an entirely contrary example of how the uses of current technologies can so quickly be turned for detrimental - and in this case damaging - pursuits.
