An employee-driven site, Glassdoor.com gets anonymous tips on the inside scoop of companies hiring by those who have been there. In addition to reviews on what it's like to work for certain businesses hiring now, it also offers the secrets on salary, interview questions and more. Regularly tweeting the latest blog posts with advice to land the job, the site's tweets supply all the info you need to keep ahead of your competitors.
