Sports fans have had a crazy week with NHL and NBA Finals ending, but for one fan, it's just beginning.

Twitter user @Lonniedoe showed the ultimate support -- a little too much confidence -- for his team when got a Cleveland Cavaliers tattoo on his calf reading "2015 NBA Champs."

But that was before the Cavs had even played one game in the Finals, much less won it. He posted a photo last month:

The Golden State Warriors sealed the Cavs' fate on Tuesday when they won their first NBA championship since 1975, making Lonnie's tattoo suddenly horribly outdated. It was retweeted by tons of Warriors fans following the game.

But Lonnie has no regrets. Shortly after his team's loss, he tweeted about how proud he was of his team -- and that he's not going to change his tattoo.

I'm not changing nothing on this tattoo. This year was a great one and this is always gonna be a memory. #ALLinCLE— Lil Geeky (@Lonniedoe) June 17, 2015

Maybe if the Cavs win next year, he can change that 5 to a 6.
