Rock the Vote enlisted the help of celebrities, including Whoopi Goldberg, Lena Dunham and Fred Armisen, to speak about the issues that are encouraging them to vote -- in hopes other young adults will participate in the midterm elections on Nov. 4.
Lil Jon -- who will (shockingly) be turning out for the legalization of marijuana -- provides the soundtrack, with a snappy rendition of his summer hit "Turn Down for What," alternately titled "Turn Out for What."
