CellFrog, still in limited beta (use "cf08" code during sign up), is a phone conference and collaboration service with a slew of features designed to combine traditional phone conferencing with Web 2.0 functionality. The end game is to make conference call organization and management as fast and easy as possible.

With CellFrog, users can create and manage phone conferences from the Web interface, collaborate remotely, manage files, sync contacts with Plaxo, record calls, and quickly sift through previous calls with enhanced search features. Also of note is that CellFrog handles all conference call notifications and even calls attendees for conferences scheduled ahead of time, or on-the-fly.

CellFrog is currently focused on making the conference call process quick, so if you want to do web presentations during your call, you should definitely stick to your current service provider. Their collaboration dashboard does, however, allow for chatting, file sharing, and user management.

Registration with the code "cf08" gets you a $5.00 credit with no strings attached. The service does have standard fees associated with conference calls, so expect to pay to about 8 cents per minute/per user called (the free credit will get you around 62 minutes, so a four person call lasting a little over 15 minutes would be completely free). Users can also dial-in using an 877 number, but that will cost $15 cents per minute from most places in the US.
