Change.org, the network for those looking to be active in the community for making effective changes, has launched its Facebook application.
The application operates in a very similar manner to the change.org website. View group projects that have been started by other members, read news that's been updated by participating group members, join the group or donate to the cause. You'll also get access to the nonprofits and politician profiles that are included in change.org's network, find more information about them and add them to your interests. You cannot, however, easily access the profiles of other members of a particular group from within the Facebook app.
